Entering an unlock code on a Samsung

Well-known Member
I have an unlock code for my Samsung (given by operator), but I can't enter the letters in it, it just does - - -. Can anyone help?

Mock example #6134532*548*NUC# looks like #6134532*---*---#, then says it is incorrect.

Don't know if this helps, but mine (also from operator) had no letters, only numbers

I was having a stupid moment....the NUC bit was to show where the number went. *sigh*
