I have a Tosh 32zd26p which I got back in Jan. Had slight geom. issues so called the support line of the company I purchased from. After third time of trying I got an engineer to visit today. Well, he had no idea about avia, was astounded that the geom could be changed without taking the back off and asked me to bring up this 'menu'. I did. He looked flummoxed and went on about Toshiba manuals that he didnt have etc etc Seemed to only want to get the set back to the workshop but eventually admitted that, for what would be a week without a tv, there may not be much improvement!! So I left it. To be honest I'm unhappy. I have a slight vertical curve at the sides, reds (if there is a lot of red) on-screen sometimes flare, white on teletext is sometimes a very faint blue! and i have the 'tosh buzz'. What can I do now? If the company I bought it from only use one service company in each area how do I get around that? Anyone in the Wakey area fancy coming to do a tune-up for a few beers??? Can I mention the name of the company or does that fall within the 'stuff you cant say' rules?
