Luckily we can get HD from Emley Moor even with the lower power, however it is crazy they've had to extend for another 3 months!

Anyone know what had happened to add another 3 months?

I think something went very wrong on Friday.

The work was supposed to finish on or around today. On Friday I lost half the muxes for about half an hour before they came back with break up about 30 mins later.

Then about 1 hour later they updated the websites with the extended work time.

I heard they left a tool in the Oxford transmitter after some work, turned it on and caused a short that burned it down. These are the people in charge of making the DSO happen.

Of course as it's now a private company we won't get any answers, just a sorry and deal with it.
