email help needed

Hi all, probably a really easy fix..just me being thick, but I've set up 2 email accounts on my 3gs, but when i go onto the mail app,it only checks the 1 account,and i cant see any options to change it.
Can anyone help a brother out

When I check my mails (manually to save battery) it updates both accounts at the same time I usually stay on my primary address and when i leave to the home screen any new mails on my secondary account will be shown on the mail icon

hmm, mine seems to be doing that now strange ..thanks anyway mate
