    I've been getting some too.

I moved from Outlook Express to Mozilla Thunderbird a few months ago - the Junk filter on Thunderbird is great and easy to use. Means I don't have to wade through hundreds of spam messages each day

This happens to me as well.

Just my theory, but I think a router/ISP on one of the hops is stripping out the content of the emails if it detects they are junk?!

    Anyway, I just bin them.

I use mailwasher prior to receiving emails in Thunderbird. Mailwasher shows all the emails on the server. Spam gets a delete tick automatically. When I process the mail. The spam gets deleted and my other mail ends up in Thunderbird. I leave mailwasher running in the system tray checking emails automatically.
