    Emailed sky on the [email protected] mail about poor customer service with regard to purchasing HD.
    Received mail tonight stating in order to proceed with complaint this correspondant requires my full name, address, account no., viewing card number and any passwords on account.

    Name and address ok, but the others ?

    My question is;

    Is this the way a response usually comes in from sky ? ie asking for password etc.... I am a bit reluctant to give out these.

    Any help appreciated
    Andy

    It sounds like they don't like people mailing him direct.
    Six million subscribers add up.

    Hi Andy
    Not sure if emails from sky are the same but I phoned sky last week and they asked for the similar details full name, address,., viewing card number and a password if you have set it up on your subscription account They say it’s to confirm they are talking to the account holder
