Saw it at the cinema today.
The best music biopic since Walk the Line. Baz Luhrmann's direction and visual style is superb.
Whilst I'm not a fan of giving Best Actor awards to people pretending to be famous singers/prime ministers (never forgotten nor forgiven Ethan Hawke getting an Oscar snub, not even a nomination, for First Reformed in favour of Malek getting it for Bo Rhap) but if Austin Butler was to win for Elvis it'd be hard to argue against it.
If it's a decent 4K print (Warners, so fingers crossed) then it'll be a must buy.
