I think it's an A-8, but it could be an A-6. Either way, i just wondered whether anybody could assist me with setting up the sub correctly with my Denon AVR3802 receiver.

Basically, i don't want the sub to keep switching off at low volume levels. It needs quite a bit of volume to activate it, but i'd prefer it to stay on longer even a low levels.

I've set the crossover frequency to 40hz.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Cheers, Ed

hi Knightrider, I usded to have the a6 and I'm afraid that there doesn't seem to be anything you can do about the auto-switch off, eltax say it's a power saver mechanism...I'vbe got the a12r now and that comes with the option for the auto power switchoff, of course, I've over ridden this!
