Anyone used them before? - good/bad?
Electronics Shop 2
Personally the contact information isn't good enough for me to use them for anything of value - no address, no telephone number.
They say they use Amazon payments which is a plus but I'd feel happier using them as a marketplace through Amazon then through their own store front.
In summary, I wouldn't use them. Not because I know they are bad but because there is too little information about them.
Thanks Nigel. Just looked on Amazon and they sell the same thing, though have to wait a few more days for stock. Same price though so a no brainer really.
Hmm... some stuff is at very silly prices e.g. Icecrypt receiver less than £30.
No return address which concerns me.
Yes buy through Amazon. Even if you use marketplace, Amazon will step in quickly and resolve problems.
There's no info at the bottom of any of the webpages which I find a little strange. You usually see some copyright info, telephone numbers, etc? Perhaps you can contact Amazon and verify their claims?
You'd have to wonder why a UK business would want to hide their ID behind an anonymous Australian company who reject posted mail addressed to their clients:
No record at Companies House either...
Separate names with a comma.
