Does anyone have their kit in a shed/garage? I'm thinking of moving my DTXplorer to the garage but not sure if it's a wise idea. May even build a small insulated room within with a tube heater or similar to keep things heated....

Well, this isn't the best comparison, but our guitar hero drum kit was left in the garage and the puny lead for the bass pedal has disintegrated. I's say only put it in a garage if it was well sealed from the elements, ours isn't.

Would definitely need to be insulated I'd say. Condensaton from cold nights wouldn't be good for all of the electronics inside the module or any connections to the kit.
