EG9600 Video Issue

My LG OLED (55EG9600) lost its picture recently however the sound is still working. I’m not sure what the issue is.
I've owned the TV since new for 5 years now and have been experiencing issues since the last couple firmware updates. I've called LG when I first started having this problem but they have been useless.

I've done a factory reset but that didn't help at all.

Thoughts?

At first I though it may have been the coax cable from my digital antenna but the video appears scrambled when using Netflix also.
