Editing Home Movie DVDs-Best Software??

    Recently I had some old home videos transferred to dvd and now want to do some more editing from them to burn on to another dvd. Can anyone suggest the best and easiest software??

    When you compressed your video to go to DVD it was compressed to MPEG-2.

    MPEG files are not the best to edit because of their temporal compression. There are plenty of free utilities for you to rip the video files from your homemade DVDs & convert them to more edit friendly formats.
