Edison HD Modulator Mini

I am replacing a switched Scart system by HDMI but need to use coax connections to two TV's. There are two switched HDMI inputs to the Edison - one from TNTSAT via a CGV demodulator which gives great picture and sound to both TV's but the other from FREESAT via a Humax gives great picture but a raspy static noise. I am using Channel 38. Any ideas please?

Set the Humax output to stereo pcm rather than bitstream/surround/DolbyDigital. Stereo PCM is all the Edison can handle.

HD freesat channels are DD 2.0/5.1 but SD should be OK as they are MPEG2 and pcm by default.
