I bought this TV 2 weeks ago and i can`t still find a solution for this.

My tv is a philips 32" Dwide (widescreen) model 32PW6542.

The problem i have is that on the edges the picture tend to "blend" it is not a geometry issue since o got inside the service mode and i tweaked both edges to make 2 perfect verticals lines. But i notice that on the edges the picture is not right... i`m talking about 5cm of the picture, not much but this makes my picture to do this effect.

The effect itself is like when somone is close to the edge the picture "bends" it gives an idea of a concave mirror effect. Wich is anoying. This don`t shows on pause picture but it is really noticeable when the TV zoom out or move from side to side...

This issue only happen on Widescreen format, and not on any other.

Does anyone knows if this is "normal" or i should call philips?

The only way to "fix" this is to make a overscan on the edges, but i`m talking about 10% maybe 15% of the picture on overscan wich is too much.

    Any ideas or advice
