hi
i have an issue with my Samsung 7 Series UE55KS7000U where i have the Edge LED lights at the bottom right of may screen on at all times.
this seems to be a hardware fault as regardless of the Source or setting these lights are on all the time and can be bright when watching dark features and cause a glow effect.
i ask to see if anyone else has experienced this issue?
i have contacted Samsung as still under warranty and they have sent out an engineer and he has advised that the entire screen will need replaced however i am concerned as the set is only 7 months old and worried if this is common and will happen again?
