ecs customer service top notch

    i bought a ecs mboard from ebuyer about a year ago ,i broke the back plate
    i sent ecs a email asking if i could buy one. the next day i had a email back saying they would send me one free of charge 2 days later its arived now thats good customer service.

    im usualy moaning about shoddy service just thought that i would post a coment on a good service:)
