Anyone had probs communicating with Ebuyer? I've bought quite a few items from them with no difficulties but I had a query about their ethernet sockets and sent it to them via their "enote" system - no email or phone contact allowed!. It was received on Thursday at 11am and I've just checked again (12:30 Monday) and it is still "awaiting processing".
I am concerned that if I have a problem I will be unable to contact them.
    Any good/bad experiences welcome!

    Still nothing 11:00 Tues :boring:

I've got lots of stuff from ebuyer as they are generally the cheapest. Had to return a pile of stuff as well and have found their customer service to be very poor. enotes are normally answered after 5 working days. RMA's take 3 or 4 days. Deliveries take about a week from ordering. Hope you're not in a hurry. You get what you pay for.

    Thanks Poggs.
I have had no probs with 3 orders but whilst waiting for the enote query reply did a 'quick' search on ebuyer - there are some v. angry people out there!
You don't tend to hear from satisified customers.
5 days is what I waited for the reply. Modern technology - amazing ain't it?
I had ordered from someone else in the meantime.
Don't know if I can trust them for high value stuff.........

May I refer you to a thread in another forum, where you will find some interesting views on Ebuyer, and their 'enotes' system... [IMG]
