Ebay Problems

Active Member
I got scammed on Ebay for an Xbox 360. I paid the seller by bank transfer, however the item didn't arrive. The seller was a high feedback seller who had been trading fro quite a while and seemed to specialise in the product I bought.

I have complained to ebay but they did bugger all really.

I wish to pursue this via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk however I don't have the seller's address. I have asked Ebay but the ***** say they can't disclose it. Any ideas on how to sort this out with minimal effort?

It wasn't too mch money (sub-£100) but I dont want the thieving **** to get away with it.

Would my bank be able to give me his details?

That's useful to know.

Although I fear that whatever address he has registered with eBay is bogus - certainly the case when I experienced a similar problem.
