Ebay problem member with 0 feedback

update on the 0 feedback buyer

they contacted me on the other account the one not used in buying the item, to say they havent received the item

I then replied back to the original account

they then messaged me again on the other account saying did you get my message

I replied "hi im sorry i have replied to the account you brought the item from do you not have access to this account?"

other account then says sorry for confusion I don’t know how I get to the other account..eBay slightly confuses me.
 
I think im going to call his bluff and get him to open a item not received dispute that will see if he does actually have access to the original account
 
I didn't cancel the transaction immediately because suspicion of a scammer is not a valid reason for cancellation. I have now cancelled the transaction blaming it on lost in the post.

have set my buyer requirements to +5 feedback so this never happens again
