back in december 2011 i won a mobile but i wasnt going to pay untill he answered my question which he never did or even any messages i sent to him so i didnt pay so now hes filed a dispute just today

so i told ebay that i wasnt paying for something when i was being fully ignored by a **** of a ebay seller and they said if you not heard anything back after try telling him to cancel then we look into this

what are the chances the seller will win dispute even though he doesnt reply

I would say a good chance if you had already won the auction or clicked buy it now and then asked your question. Any questions regarding a sale should be made before a sale is agreed or commitment to purchase is made.

No, I think you are taking the biscuit. He no doubt did not reply to you because he has dealt with people like you in the past that waste his time with stupid question when it reaches the stage where questions should have already been asked.

Its your inability to follow and understand rules which has put you in the position you are now and I hope you are forced to complete this trade.

I often wonder if you are on a wind up with your posts, in fact, I am 90% sure you are.

As others have said, you ask questions before you buy, once you've won the auction or pressed buy it now, you have to pay or face the consequences.

If you weren't going to pay for it before he/she answered the question then why bid on the item?

You won the auction, you pay, them are the rules!

I would have done exactly the same as the person you bought the item from. You shouldn't have bid on the item until they had answered your question - No answer, no bid

well i asked him before winning auction but never replyed so i thought he might reply after winning but never did

well i defo from now wont bid unless they reply but just after see if we can come to agreement by me paying for is fee charge sale which be like £3

but why take nearly weeks to file a dispute but never replyed to me if i was paying or why i wouldnt pay

i never been filed by a dispute before so if he wins which he probly will what are the chances that would happen to my account would i get suspended for a month or so or just a strike

Well you have cost him listing fees now. If you weren't sure on buying the product you shouldn't have bid. You ask questions before the auction ends not after. If he doesn't reply in time , it should be his loss.

I think it takes nearly a week to file a dispute because you need to give reasonable time for someone to pay.

It says on the auction description, Royal Mail 1st Class £3.99??

Also, you are the sort of buyer that gets right on my tits. Why on earth did you leave him bad feedback when it was you that didn't pay for the item?

Your feedback says "beware of seller ignore email and didnt want to sell at price it went for"

    The mind boggles.

As has already been said, don't buy if you're not happy. If you do buy, pay. And certainly don't leave negative feedback because it didn't go how you wanted it to.

Really out of order to leave a negative for that.

but maybe he does need to sell items, and you've impacted his ability to do so, through no fault of his. Out of order, especially as you've made the errors yet he's the one who's suffered so far..

Yes OP is at fault for not waiting until he got answers to his questions, but the seller should really just answer him to avoid all this. Ebay sellers who don't answer questions annoy me greatly and results in 1 less bidder.

It's a wind-up, the OP is winding up the ebay seller in order to get out of paying for the item and winding us by posting on here and bragging about it.

Was going to post similar... yes the bidder is wrong to complain and leave negative feed back. But is it not good customer service for the seller to respond to the question, either before/during/after the sale?
