EasyDivx help with B5

I am trying to divx my DVD of Babylon 5 using easy divx and am having problems and wondered if anyone could help.

Each episode is made using 2 vob files. The first episode divx's fine but when I manually select the 3rd & 4th vob files (for ep 2) it never finishes. Can anyone offer some advice?
