Easy way to view webcam online?

want to setup my webcam so I can view it online... basically use it as a simple security system, ideally with some motion detection, etc. anyone have any ideas on the best way to do this?

There are several options out there. One I use is called Camcloud. Takes a webcam or IP camera and provides live streaming or motion detection. The best part is that the price is right: free.
