Easy question for you

Standard Member
Hi people, be gentle with me - 1st post.

Within custom installer companies, are there positions which require the skills of a wireman, together with the competency of a qualified electrician?

Any response would be appreciated

I would say definitely yes, We're just starting to get into the world of KNX/EIB and any CI company working on hot electrics without a qualified member of staff is in a very dangerous place.

There are too many established CI companys out there right now doing lighting systems without a qualified member of staff.

PM or email me if you would like to discuss further.

Hi Avandmore - many thanks for your response.

Thought that might the case- interesting point about "dangerous place"

If I can be of assistance to anyone else who operates in that mode,
I would be delighted to answer any question or give advise either
via the forum or PM.
