Hi, got my Panny 42 PW7BX last week, was wondering what things I should be doing during the initial stages of viewing, with regards to avoiding screen burn, settings etc

Its connected via Scart using a Quintro to manage all the devices. I know its the $64 million question but how should I have the colour/contrast/brightness settings etc..

    Many thanks

Its been asked many times previously, you could always try the search button ;)

Basically take off dynamic mode and turn down brightness and contrast to as low as you can bear.

Running in time is around 200 hours
