Earliest manufacture date?

Just got a refurbished 360 back from Microsoft. Manufacturer date ........... 2005-09-28.

Anybody seen/know of earlier?

Just got mine back from repair and it's Dec 05. Although it has a newer version of software than my old one did, as when I got hitman the old console had to do an upgrade whereas this one started straight away. (not on live, you see)
