Eagle Display

Just a few from today, this was a display of Eagles and Vultures, not really many photo opportunities as there was a large crowd which were in most of the shots. Not sure of the species of birds so if anyone could enlighten me I'd be grateful.

Cracking sets - the first couple look like it might be a sea eagle and the bald ones look like vultures...

1,2 and 9 look like a bald eagle to me.

I think 8 is a griffon vulture, 5 a turkey vulture and 4 a harris hawk.

6 and 7 not sure but may be a sea eagle?

Just out of interest, which lens is it that you are using? is it this Nikon 300mmf/4?

Yes that's the one, bought second hand a few months ago. It's a quite heavy and as long as I remember to take it (which I didn't yesterday) I use it with a mono pod, also just bought a second hand kenko 1.4x converter which I've yet to use with it. I had to stand about 30feet behind the spectators to try and get the birds in without clipping but as you can see from the vulture in flight shot sometimes that was not enough but to be fair that is a collossol bird.
