    Panasonic E50 owners,

Can someone tell me if if is possible to position to the end of a recording (DVD-RAM disk where only one program is recorded on the disk) without having to scan through the whole program to find the end of the recording.
I would like to know if it's possible because on timer recordings I tend to overrun by 5 mins and would like to erase the bit at the end by positioning at the end and scanning backwards.

    Thanks

No you need to scan through the whole programme. By pressing the FF/RW button five times you can get to maximum speed (30 times speed).

Set it up to record another short program after the main timer recording, say 1 minute long. Or add a short manual recording.
Select that and then run backwards into the previous recording.
