E30 Problem!!

I have had my E30 setup with Sky + and running perfectly for a while now but all of a sudden it has started recording 16:9 transmissions in 4:3! Any idea why? I checked all the settings and they look the same as they have always been. All set to 16:9 and Letterbox. This is driving me mad.

got it my tv dont do widescreen switching with the E30 so I need to manually do it...Doh!
