E prance dash cam

Hi all new to this , hope someone can help, I have an e prance dashcam which has been working great until today when the screen has gone blank , it’s getting power but it’s not responding to any of the buttons I’ve even tried resetting it but nothing works and unfortunately I don’t have the user manual, any ideas would be very grateful.
