    As the subject says...

    1. Are these 2 connections the same
    2. I know dvi can be converted to hdmi quite easily, but do you lose quality ?
    3. Whats the differences between them, if there are any ?
    4. I take it there are slight differences if there is 2 different connectors/cables for them ?

Any help would be appreciated, these formats are a head scratcher for me.

Keep in mind none of the current generation HDMI equipped kit has full specification HDMI transmitters or receivers - its Digital Video + Stereo audio for now; we should start to see the Digital Video + Multi Channel audio next year I guess.

Also keep in mind the DVI card for your PWD4 display is really geared to PC use not Digital Video.

    Best regards

    Joe
