DVI to HDMI cable ?

Does anyone know where (if) I can get a cable to connect my Radeon 9500 pro DVI output to HDMI input on Pioneer AO4 media box.

While I'm here, any recomendations for a TV card.

Looking for decent pic (TV) quality from NTL box and timeshift, record ability.

Common question .. if you Search on here you'll find a common answer is to get them from Joe @ The Movie Factory .. it's common 'cos it's the one I always give.
