I have just got hold of a Panasonic PT-AE100E projector and it has vga, composite, s-video and component inputs. I run my console in from the s-video and my pc in through the VGA port.

I have read around and component inputs seem to provide the best picture overall,so I thought I'd try passing my PC signal through the component input. I have found VGA to component and DVI to component cables here

but I'm not sure if they'll work and more importantly, will it improve my picture.

    Any comments welcome.
