Going to need an 8 meter one for a Denon 1910(DVI) - Pany AE700(HDMI)
Anyone recommend one ?. Also thought about HDMI-HDMI and buying a £20 convertor ?
    Your thoughts please :)

Look at the banner add below this Post for an idea what we use/recommend.

8m can (though not always) be problematic where you have DVI involved - if it was HDMI to HDMI 8m is not usually a problem.

Unless there's a valid reason for introducing one I'd try and avoid the adapter if possible and stick with a DVI to HDMI cable.

    Best regards

    Cheers
Had looked at links but wondered what other people had bought in my situation. So there is no guarentee that 8m dvi-hdmi will work? and if it dont i get a refund ?
Is it realy worth the extra money or should i just stick with Components ?

    Hello Spooksta

Any cables we supply are on a Sale or Return basis - and I'm sure a few of the other Forum sponsors will offer similar flexibility.

DVI was only ever designed for computer applications and anything over 5m can be a gamble - that said we have supplied lots of 8, 9, 12 and 15m DVI cables and our 'returns' rate is very low.

    Best regards

    Joe
