DVI/HDMI v/s PC Input

Hi

1. Please confirm my doubt that DVI/HDMI and PC Input are different.

2. I cannot find any LCD TV between 19"-23" that have DVI/HDMI input, any suggestions .

Yes DVI/HDMI are different to PC input like VGA!

The only HD TV between 19 and 23" i know is a 20" Philips one http://www.consumer.philips.com/con...pe=CONSUMER&productId=20PF5320_01_GB_CONSUMER

I have checked the Philips website, they also have a 23" version with DVI-I, they actually have 2 models 23PF4310/01 and 23PF5320/01.
I need to check the review on these models.
