Been racking my brains about this one but with no luck.

I have my Plasma sitting in my lounge and my computer in the room next to it with a small hole in the wall for cables to go through. But, the DVI cable has the 2 DVI connectors at either end which are way to big to fit through without making a huge hole.

So... is there any way to take off one of the end and refasten it?

or some other clever way of doing it???

Im currently using an s-video to scart but this means taking out the sky scart everytime and i think the dvi would be better quality.

A Molex DVI-D to HDMI cable + a Gefen HDMI to DVI Mate.

Poke the HDMI connector (20mm x 10mm) through the hole in your wall and then join that to your DVI cable with the Gefen adapter - see http://www.gefen.com/kvm/product.jsp?prod_id=2186

As ever with all things DVI its 50/50 that it will work so we normally supply these bits on sale or return as long as your happy to foot the postage.

    Best regards

Bearing in mind there are rules about pricing on the Forums - in round numbers your looking at roughly £65.00 all in - of which £7.20 is postage and packing.

    Best regards
