By the way, has ANYONE recieved their Teenwolf/Teenwolf too DVDs yet from DVDSOON - Been waiting a month for mine.
Status has not changed from 'On Order' - yet their site still claims that orders for the title take 3-5 days until dispatch.

    Hey darthbane2k

I ordered the Rocky Boxset on the 6th of June and I have still not received it. My order has gone through every stage including the packing stage. However, it has now gone back to the 'stock on order stage'. All this after promising me two weeks ago that it would be sent out. Lets just pray that this is not the start of Splash mania. Ahh... Splash DVD, everyone’s favourite DVD retailer, not so much a fond memory, more of a living nightmare, now they really did have an unusual customer service dept, lol.

They could process a credit card faster than you could say, "where's my money gone". Yer and DVD-SOON have had my money according to my credit card statement since the 8th of June..................NOT HAPPY. Maybe they should change there name to 'DVD NOT SO-SOON' :thumbsdow

well curiously the problem only seems to lie with Teenwolf. Everything else I have ordered between , (great white hype, rocky 2, rocky 3, beat street) has been shipped and received satisifactorily.

well this is the first time I have had a problem with DVD SOON, everything else has usually been delivered in 10 to 14 days from order. It just seems strange that we have both been waiting over a month. Have you emailed them yet?

I have not emailed them yet - however the reason I started a thread about this was because the 'bargain' of both teenwolf movies at this price was posted initially on this very forum and therefore a lot of peeps here ordered it around the same time.

I also ordered the Teen Wolf dvd's, ordered on June 10th, money taken on 14th and still showing as Pending. Have sent 2 e-mails wondering when I could expect to receive it and each time got sent back the order summary screen showing what I can see from the website anyhow.

Haven't they ever heard of keeing the customer informed, at least cdwow when there are delays send you an e-mail with a new expected postage date.

I don't have Teen Wolf on order but I do have 2 other dvds that I have been waiting for a while now. The Sure Thing was in stock when I ordered but the next day it said on order 2-3 days and that was well over 2 weeks ago. I also have another dvd from the MGM sale that just says 2-3 days as well :thumbsdow

Not emailed them yet and since both dvds only came to just over £8 I'm not going to cry if it goes tits up. STILL after all the good things I had heard about them I starting to wonder if I am using the same dvdsoon :D

I wanted the Sure Thing before it got a UK release on the 30th of Aug. not SURE  IF that's going to happen

Can't seem me using them again unless they have some better info on what's going on with the order you placed.

IF you have a quick scan around the website almost nothing is in stock

Sure the prices are good but I think they make the dvds themself :D

Anyone received this DVD from DVD Soon. E-mailed me about 2 weeks ago to say they have no way of knowing when they will have it and yet they still have it up for ordering.

well antomack , it seems that you and I are the only ones who ordered teenwolf from dvdsoon, or the only ones who care. Im sure when the bargain price of the dvd was announced on this forum, many of its users said they had ordered, and I KNOW DVDSOON have NOT delivered this title to ANYONE yet.

It's out in the UK 06/09/2004, £14.99 though  I hope you guys have it before then

I got my Sure Thing DVD (took 4 days from dispatch) but I'm still waiting on Lord Of Illusions: Unrated Version. Ordered on the 25th of June and it's in the same sale as the Teen Wolf DVD and for the same price. I'm really not impressed with the time it takes them to deliver. Sure it's only just over 3 squids but does that really make it ok for it to take months to turn up? I think not :nono: I've paid for it. It should be sent out to me already. :boring:

    I ordered Rocky 2 to 4, Escape from N.York, Good,bad the ugly and Robocop 1 & 2 from dvdsoon.

Over a month has now passed - in which I sent them an email for an update on my order. I received robocop 1 and 2 about a fortnight ago (better than nothing I suppose) but the others r still 2-3 days malarky. I looked for an update today and Escape from NY is now discontinued!

I wonder if they will honour the sale and I will still receive a copy? Going on their current level of customer service I very much doubt it.

I will certainly not be using the site again - like u say at least cdwow keep you informed of your order.

yeah i've been waiting 2 weeks for Highlander The Immortal Edition which said 3-4 days when i ordered it. It's still pending, but they've billed me for it already. This has been my first, and most probably last order from dvd-not-very-soon.com

Teenwolf has now been removed from DVDsoon's catalogue. However my order still is stuck on 'On Order' status. What does this mean for those of us who have ordered this months ago? Your guess is as good as mine.

I emailed them on Saturday about the MGM titles - they replied :

    Dear Sir;

Last week we were advised of delivery problems with MGM. We have been in contact with them and have been advised that a resolution has been made. They are currently working on getting all of the back log that was accumulated caught up. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Dont count on receiving Teenwolf anytime soon.
Look what popped in my email today...

I seriously think this will be the last time I rely on DVDsoon.

    Dear Sir.

From what I heard this title may be in , in the next couple of weeks
and that is a big maybe.

If you should need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Im convinced this is how DVDSOON make money - they charge our cards straight away and let us wait and wait and wait for our goods, knowing that at their 'bargain' price we will be a little more patient than usual, while all the time they profit via gaining interest through the funds taken from us.

Its a shame, I've used DVD soon for quite a lot of things, but recently they've been bad. I ordered Stargate4, batman animated, plus something else that i now forget....it was three weeks for Batman, and the others haven't come yet and thats now over a month....not bad for 2-3 days claimed !

Have had 5 titles on order with DVDSoon for a few weeks now (Ginger Snaps, Dead Zone Series 1, Bubba Ho-Tep, Star Trek Generations and angel Heart). Have finally received 2, but can now no longer log in to my account. Have emailed them but as of 48hrs later have had no response.
