Watched a few films recently with DTS sound and particularly liked 'The Fifth Element' - the chapter featuring the opera singing is immense a real test for your new system's range and depth of bass - enjoy!

    try:

master and commander :smashin: the attack scene near the start will make you feel like your room is being bombarded with cannon balls!

house of flying daggers  amazing throughout, but especially checkout the battle in the bamboo forest, most amazing thing i've ever heard!

Is LOTR DTS? I looked at the back of my DVDs and there is no dts logo?

The question was for good films ;) MAC may have a 'good' soundtrack but I'll never watch it again however impressive it sounds :)

Couldn't agree more. These were the first two films i used to try out my new surround system and was blown away (almost literally by that first scene in master and commander  ).

i bought that film too on the strenth of reviews of its DTS track, the film is still far too poor to be able stomach more than 10 mins of it.

If you like Led Zeppelin I recommend their double dvd. Stunning! My ears were ringing for hours afterwards. Apollo 13 is also very good.
