DVDR/HDD with Prog scan for under £500

    Not sure if this is possible, I have a nice shiny new LCD with is prog scan and has the component inputs, but my current Phillips recordable DVD unit dosen't have the this, so I would like to purchase again.....need the experts advise, feeling a little vunreable having left the LCD forum to post this so can everyone help me out :thumbsup:

    Panasonic EH50 or Toshiba XS34, each around £300, have progressive scan and component outputs.

    The Panasonic EH50 has 12bit colour sampling/interpolation which is ideal for LCD/Plasma displays and prevents colour stepping effects on such displays.
