    Hi all

Just so that everyone is aware, I am having a nightmare with
www.dvdplayers.co.uk - their prices (and delivery) might be excellent, but
don't count on hearing from their "after sales service"
department......after being sold a supposedly Multi-region DVD which clearly
isn't (region 2 only), I have sent them e-mail after e-mail (after their
initial response) with no reply whatsoever (copy of mails follows). Anyone
else had any bad experiences and any suggestions as to what I can do next??

    Cheers

    I'd suggest ringing them mate,

    failing that, recorded delivery letter.

I had a bit of trouble with them myself, (they also sent me through a non multi region DVD player.
I finally got a call from them and got there number and since they swapped my player over & it works fine.
    Number is 08707579880.
    Good luck!

I'm always dubious about web sites that have a page entitled "About Us" then proceed to tell you nothing about themselves apart from the fact that they sell dvd players.

At least the site lists an address and fax number but in view of the elapsed time since your complaint was originally made, it may now be appropriate to reject the goods as not what you ordered and ask your credit card company to try to reclaim your money.

Please read the rules regarding making complaints about retailers. You haven't broken any forum rules, apart from declaring who you are in your signature but looking at your user name, I assume you are Chris Pope.
