I've bought a number of items from them and have had no issues with import duty. They can be little slower than some other retailers in terms of receving items but that could be down to the postal service as much as anything else. I can happily recommend them.

I ordered 2 copies of the Star Wars trilogy from dvdimport, totalling about £50, no customs.

I ordered the Star wars trilogy from DVDSoon and got hit with import duty of 17.5% and the post office hit me with a £4 handling fee
