I've used them occasionally - not had any problems. The only thing the site lacks is a currency converter, which would be handy. As with DVD Soon, they ship from Canada, so be aware you might get dual language covers. I stuck with DVD Soon because of the Customs thing (they used to mark everything at $12), but as they can't do that anymore, there's nothing stopping me shopping round again.

Personally would not recommend them, i've been waiting 6 months and 8 days for a refund to my credit card, despite numerous e-mails and phone calls
