If you edit your post so it can actually be read you may have more success.

Well done....I was sure you could both phrase and punctuate a request for help correctly.

In the case of items such as this, your first port of call would have to be the dealer you bought the equipment from, and failing that,IAG may be able to help.

It seems surprising to find that you've purchased a player minus one crucial part to make it work correctly....if it was bought new, then you have recourse via the dealer, and if used, the person you bought it from may still have the missing part.

I'm sure a call/email to the IAG helpdesk will sort this out, no?

Don't forget there are several variants of pucks, so make sure you have drive and build details for IAG.

Being naughty, hey? Whatever jungla3's native language is, I would say that his/her english is most likely better than a brit's second language (hint: in 99.9% of the cases, none whatsoever)

Not really...it was making the posts difficult to decipher, and since it had already been mentioned by another member,I think the point is well made....we can all offer better advice when we can work out what is being requested.

If I were to post on a German site,I would ensure the post was easily readable.

    Hi Alexs2

let's have a try, all English speaking should post in German - that would be fun - at least for us (native German speaking)

Ich bin sicher, daß wir aller Gebrauch ein Übersetzer können, wenn erforderlich.

That probably translates along the lines of Monty Pythons "my hovercraft is full of eels",but I am sure the gist of it is readable.

Lets now leave the thread on topic,as we know that jugla3 can post in something we can read when required,as evidenced earlier in the thread.

I still think that the best course of action would be to contact either the dealer,or person the equipment was bought from, for both instructions, and for the missing part(s),as others have suggested above.

The manuals are also still available on IAG's website here...

    http://www.iaguk.co.uk/tag/

As well as many other files from this section of the forum.....the stickies at the head of the forum contain a lot of useful info, incl manuals and helpfiles.

Luis, that's excatly why I stick to the following quote:

Sim, todos nós falamos Português correctamente, e é por isso que normalmente usamos o Inglês. :D :rotfl:

Why won't you use your crocodile as a puck?

BTW, Phil has not been around, lately it's been Steve Hughes who's been answering the [email protected]
