dvd32r video problem

hello everbody!!!!!! i am have dvd32r and know have problem. my player can't read disk. if i am loud audio disk it is ok. i am try any dvd but the same problem. what the problem? please help me

Possibly an aging laser-pickup.

Can't tell from my DVD32R but from other DVD players I have owned before.

I guess your DVD32R needs a new transport.

Mine had a similar problem, it played DVDs fine but cannot read any CDs --- a return to IAG solved the problem.
