DVD32R didn't recognize DVD

    Hi to all,

    in general I have no problem with my DVD32R but the player didn't recognize the "Kylie Minogue - Fever 2002: Live in Manchaster". All other player recognize the DVD without any problem.

    I remeber me that in the old TMA forum was some special solutions for this king of problem. But unfortunately we lost this forum.

    I would check to make sure theDVD is absolutely clean

    The DVD is new and absolute clear !

    Hi, there might be different reasons. Therefore the best starting point is to check the actual DVD32R for its configuration. Could you kindly read the complete software version, as shown in the players setup menu. It'r particularly important to know the part which follows the "/" in the complete name.

    The reason I asked was I had a disk that was brand new and I thought was clean but it didnt work I sent it to Tag who found a finger print on it
