Not sure if this is a daft question, but here goes...

Thinking of getting a projector (PT AE500)

How do I connect this to my DVD player (Pioneer 565a) which is 10ft away underneath the TV (potential screen would be above this)?

I'm concerned about loss of quality over this distance with analogue connections. Should I use component connections, is there any quality loss, or can you use DVI ? Plus can you get cables this long -

I'm sure the answer is simple as most set ups seem to be like this.
    Thanks

Up to 7.5m, Lindy DVI cables are perfectly okay, longer than that they have proven to be problematic and other brands need to be considered.

Component runs of 10m or more are also fine, Letropak have several ranges for various budgets.

Thus, 10' is no problem whichever connection type you choose. :)
