i've just won(!) a BenQ ds550 projector that i want to hook up to my JVC xa-sa72 dvd. the dvd has video and s-video out as well as your usual scart, optical, coax and av compu link jacks. the pj only has a vga input.
i'm sure it's a question been asked before - but where do i get such a cable and are the signals all compatible?

depending on PJ you can convert RGB scart to VGA try JS technology converter or a ProV box

to be fair to benq, i have just discovered that an av box is missing and should have arrived with the pj. this will obviously allow a straightforward connection. as if you care
