DVD Soon.

What are DVD soon like?

I was thinking of ordering the Alien Quadrilogy from them, but I was afraid that I may get stung on customs charges. Has anyone else ordered from them & are they fine?

Also whats their customer service like?

 

You wont get done for customs as they state on their packages that everything is $16

I use them all the time and am happy with them

 

Does anyone know how big the Alien Quadrilogy box actual is?

 

19cm x 14cm x 6cm ish

came in a slightly bigger cardboard box with a value of 12CAD. Surely doing this means they can only claim this amount back when DVDs get lost

 

Did you have no problems?

I havn't ordered this box set but a few I have had recently from DVD-Soon have been damaged (crushed) in the post.

My TTT-EE has had the plastic inserts very badly damaged and is to be sent back to them.

My Indiana Jones box set though came in a seperate outer cardboard box and arrived safe and sound.

It seems to be the larger stuff (3 or 4 disks) that can be jammed into a Jiffy Bag that gets damaged or crushed. Anything larger goes into a box and is OK.

My alien boxset was sent in a box, and wrapped around it were opened jiffy bags, it arrived as new, and not a mark on it.

i received my alien box set yesterday from dvdsoon and as spoonman said,excellently boxed,not a mark on it and no bigger than the indy box set in box size.
have ordered about 8 dvd's fronm them in the last three weeks and so far they've been great!!!

 

I use them , deliverys just take over aaweek to turn up
Just got the Indy Box Set form them . Can say all in pefect nick

I'm also going to order the new Alien Box Set from them & for that price , won't find cheaper

So take the plunge and order the cool box set

 

Does anyone know if they have the e.r. box set?
I have searched the site but alas. maybe i am doing sumthing wrong.....DOH just found it!!!!
