    Hi
I was wondering what I do to make dvd soon send all my all my order in seperate packages so as to avoid customs charges.
I went through checkout and the only thing was if I wanted it in a box or not?
    Any Ideas

    Thanks

Easy answer is nothing. I've got orders with several items in and each one has been sent seperately. I just use the free shipping option :)

I always make several small orders keeping under the customs limit, although in most cases they seem to ship discs individually anyway (probably awaiting stock :D ). I've only received several discs together once.

Every package I've received from them so far has been stamped by customs though, so it's worth being careful.

these days with dvdsoon, its very unlikely they'll get the items in at the same time to be able to ship them together, but that's always the risk you'll run with placing a big order. Miniholic has the best advice which is to place several orders, all under £18 and then you'll never get hit by customs. Just think to yourself, is the discount voucher you have big enough to cover the customs fees?

Also, where did you get a discount voucher for dvdsoon?

There is a 10% Discount Voucher available for DVDSoon on another website which I dont think I am allowed to name but you can only use it once so I can understand wanting to buy as much as possible so you can get a discount on the whole lot.

I used it a few weeks ago to order Spongebob Season 1 and when I went to use the voucher again with my order for Season 2 it said I couldnt use it again so assumed you could only use it once.

    and then some!

it can vary quite astoundingly. I ordered the Die Hard Ultimate edition boxset and received it after about 2 weeks after ordering, and 2 days after they shipped it, which is probably my fastest, but other things can be "on order" for months.

When I placed my order for Spongebob Season 1 it wasent instock but was shipped within 5 days so it really varies from title to title, sometimes you get lucky and other times you dont.

"DVD in the same calandar year if you're lucky" was a bit of a mouthful so they plumped for the catchier (yet often rather untrue) DVDSoon!
