Ordered 3 discs got spiderman okay. Got LOTR okay but the one I really wanted Star wars Episode II turned out to be Startrek II the Wrath of Kahn

Went on to my account and tried to access the return information and it just crashes with an error message

Back to play it is then

I've used DVD Soon several times before and have always been happy with the service.

I've experienced the same problem as you with other online vendors who sent me the wrong disk, its something that can, regretably happen, whoever you shop with.

I guess the proof of their service will be in how they handle your replacement.

    Regards

Sorry to make fun of your situation, but if you got Wrath of Khan instead of AOTC, then (IMHO) you are better off. :D

    :D :D

Problem is I already have it or I would have just said charge me for this and send me the right one as well. Why is it whenever a mistake is made you always seem to already have the disc.
I bought contact once and did not open it for a few months. Whe I did want to watch it I found the Contact case contained Heat and yes you guessed it I already had it.

No reply from my email yet to them asking about returns information.

Please keep us updated, as I also ordered the same three discs as you from dvdsoon and received all mine in a timely accurate fashion.

But as the previous poster pointed out, the proof of the pudding is in how they deal with a cockup.

I'm still waiting fro AOTC to be shipped from a pre-order placed 2 weeks go. It's been 'on-hand' since ordered.

I know officially it is not due out until today but some forum members received theirs from DVDsoon last week.

E Mailed them on Saturday and am awaiting a reply.

If its not shipped by Thr am, I will be cancelling and taking my business elsewhere. This is the first time I have used them.

I received both Ep2 and LOTR on Saturday from DVDSoon.

I did pre-order about six weeks ago so I wonder if they filled orders based upon first come first served.

I'm not making excuses for them, just wondering why I got mine and you didn't.

Well 2 emails and 2 days later and still no reply. It says on the email form that they will respond within 12 to 24 hours.

I wonder if they realise just how much this kind of thing costs them due to posts like this putting people off from using them altogether

Email them on info@dvdsoon.com marking the title "URGENT"

Don't use the browser email - they ignore it.

They only answered my email (after 6 attempts) when I started deleting pre-orders from my account.

I just ordered this from amazon, using a $5 off voucer from the dvd forums, for first time users so came to £16 including shipping. Good deal

thanks for that ono. After my first two emails were ignored I did as you suggested and have finally received a reply with a return form attached so I can return it now and get a full refund of the price and postage.

Have to be recorded though as they could claim it never arrived
