Ok, I've placed a order over $100 from DVD Soon (two DVD's and a boxset)

That allows me to enter the $10 voucher. However one of the DVD's says "on order"- does this mean it'll take a long time to arrive?

If I wish to cancel this single disc (Madonna World Tour) does that mean I'll loose the $10 from my total order?

The length of time for an on order disc is highly variable. I've seen 3 weeks and I've seen 3 days. You can't cancel invidual discs from an order AFAIK. Even if you could you would still lose the discount from what I've read from people who have done it.

:( That's a bit pants. So basically I sould leave the order alone, and just wait until the disc arrives.

    Sorry to ask this:

Just ordered the Alien quad boxset, and Mario Kart double dash.

Ordered both together, and used the $10 off voucher(as they came to over $150). The release date for Alien is 12/12, and Mario is 17/11, will they ship seperately?
Dont want to wait nearly anotehr month for Mario

Many thanks, and sorry to hijack the thread

    Spoony.

Spoonman2 - they will ship separately

Nathan you could Email DVDSOON and ask them to cancel the DVD & credit you with the money rather than refunding to your credit card - that way, I don't think that you'd lose the value of the voucher, but you'd need to order something else instead

Wilber- only just placed the order, I was just wondering about the order/voucher problem.

I'll leave it a month, if the DVD hasn't arrived I'll contact DVD Soon and re-order something else.

    Cheers

wilber are you sure about that?? I thought that one needs to select the partial order thingy (not available with free shipping atm) so get them delivered seperately??

I actually placed 3 orders now with them (my first;)

1)Lethal weapon 1+2 (DC) together but they are still under the 18quid limit.
    2)lethal weapon3 DC
3)lethal weapon4 as it is out of stock and I didn't wnan wait too long for LW3

but would they have shipped them sepreatly anyway?? and could I have avoided the 3 times entering my CC and going through checkout.

BTW as soon as I press "buy now" they will debit my card ala cdwow straight away. so in case something goes wrong it will tell me at that stage and not in 3 days or so?? cheers

even more sorry for hijacking this thread

DVDsoon have never in my experience of using them (over a year)waited for complete orders before sending but at the moment (since early august) they have been automatically giving free partial shipping:

"Good news! Everyone's favorite shipping option has just been made free! This means, for a limited time only, items in your orders will automatically be shipped as soon as we receive stocks, at no extra fee!"

There's been nothing to say that they have taken this away
